Econo Vannas scissors are double spring thumb scissors most commonly used in ophthalmic procedures such as iridectomy and capsulotomy, but also used in some vascular procedures or to cut 10-0 and 9-0 sutures. The 6mm, delicate blades are available straight, curved, or angled. Econo instruments are Sklar's floor-grade, disposable instruments.
