Sklar's Barraquer Cilia Forceps are an ophthalmologic instrument used when grasping or manipulating the cilia, also known as eyelashes, is required. These are thumb forceps with a stop peg to prevent an overly harsh grasp. They are straight with smooth jaws, and 4-1/4 inches overall.
