Sklar's Bergmann (Hibbs) solid stainless steel mallet is an orthopedic instrument designed for use in combination with chisels, osteotomes and gouges. Malletts apply added force to those instruments. The handle on the Bergmann/Hibbs is micro-serrated for ease of grip. The wide disc shape on each side of the head increases contact surface area. This product is available in three different weights.
