Sklar's combination mallet with 25mm diameter striking surface is an orthopedic instrument used in conjuction with chisels, osteotomes and gouges. Mallets offer an added swinging force. The handle profile and head are similar to the Cottle. This is a light to medium weight mallet. Replacement nylon caps are also sold seperately # 40-5676.
