Sklar's Decker laminectomy rongeur is a non ratcheted finger ring instrument commonly used in spinal surgical procedures - including arthroplasty and disectomies - for small portions of bone or cartiledge removal. The Decker has a 6" shaft and is available straight or curved, angled up or down, for ease of access from a variety of positions. The Decker resembles the Cloward, Selverstone and Cushing versus the spring handle varieties like Love-Kerrison.
