Sklar Ives Rectal Speculum, also known as the Ives-Fansler Anoscope, is used for examining the anal canal, hemorrhoidectomy, and rectal excision. There is a non-latex, plastic obturator used to assist with insertion of the speculum. Diameter at the tip is 18mm and at the back nearest the handle is 25mm.
