Sklar's Jaeger strabismus hook is an ophthalmic instrument used for maneuvering and holding eye muscles during procedures for the treatment of strabismus, also known as "cross-eye." The sharp tip of the Jaeger is more curved, like a half circle, versus the angled profile of the Graefe, Helveston or Green. The overall length of this instrument is 5 inches.
