Sklar's Martin cartilage clamp is a ratcheted finger ring instrument designed for use in orthpedic procedures requiring repair of the miniscus or other torn cartilage. These type of clamps are gentler than those used for bone. Manual manipulation is eased by the zig zag tooth pattern.
