The Sklar Nail Nipper is used for removing portions of the toe nail or the nail plate. This product features double-spring, partially cross-serrated plier handles with a locking mechanism that is released upon squeezing the handles. This lock is intended to keep the sharp blades closed when the instrument is not being used. This product is 4-1/2 inches long with concave blades.
