Sklar's Ragnell Scissors, also known as Kilner/Ragnell scissors, are finger ring scissors. Long shanks and short jaws allow the user greater control with less effort during dissection. This combined with flat blades and blunt tips often make Ragnell scissors the dissection instrument of choice during longer procedures.
