Sklar's Stille osteotome is an orthopedic instrument with a wide blunt end used in conjunction with a mallet for scupting bone. The Stille has a hexagonal handle, unlike the Lambotte. The blade is available straight and curved and in a variety of widths from 4mm to 30mm.
